Public website
No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no third-party font or script disclosure.
How this website — and the programmes themselves — treat your information. Briefly: this site does not track you, and programme data is protected by the Act itself.
Most websites quietly load advertising and analytics from third parties. This one does not. It is built to the standard a government service should meet:
The Bureau is designed around a clear custody chain: public website privacy, interest notifications, applicant records and lawful disclosure controls are separated by purpose, law and auditability.
No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no third-party font or script disclosure.
Contact details are used only for official opening notices and programme updates.
When the programmes open, applicant information sits inside statutory confidentiality and record-keeping duties.
Disclosure is governed by law, cybersecurity obligations, audit and public-sector accountability.
When the programmes open, applicants’ information will be handled under the Bill’s common regulatory framework (Part 3): a statutory data-protection and confidentiality regime with lawful-disclosure rules, cybersecurity and record-keeping standards, and independent audit. Those duties sit in primary legislation — not in a policy that can quietly change.
If you register interest by email, your details are used only to notify you about the programmes, and are handled under the same framework. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
Write to the programme office at enquiries@vnb.gov.vu — or see the legal framework for where these duties live in the Bill.
